Kitten Eyeliner is a permanent makeup technique that creates a slightly bolder lash line with a soft, petite wing to lift and define the outer eye. At our Columbia clinic, artists design the line to suit each eyelid shape and natural lash density, prioritizing a refined, balanced outcome rather than an overly dramatic wing.
Before pigment is placed, your artist carefully maps the line, checks symmetry, and adjusts length and angle to complement eyebrow placement and facial proportions. Our clients frequently note the extra time spent on mapping and communication — that attention to shape and proportion is essential to predictable, wearable results.
Healing and perfecting session
Final color and edge definition settle as the area heals, and a perfecting session is typically scheduled about 6–8 weeks after the initial appointment to refine the healed result. That follow-up is offered at no additional cost when our cancellation and rescheduling policy is honored, giving you a chance to address subtle shape or color adjustments.
Appointments are scheduled to allow for careful mapping and application; the service is priced at $550 and the standard appointment duration is 120 minutes. Booking demand rises in October through December, so plan ahead if you want a holiday-ready look or prefer evening and weekend slots convenient for North Beltline and I-77 commuters.
Longevity and maintenance
Results can last several years, but longevity depends on skin type, lifestyle, aftercare, and pigment retention. Existing clients often schedule annual touch-ups when needed to refresh color, definition, and overall shape — those maintenance visits help keep the line crisp without redoing the entire design.
If significant fading has occurred or the original work can no longer be appropriately refreshed through a maintenance appointment, a new service investment may be required.
