Frequently Asked Questions

Get answers to common questions about Lash Extension - Classic Fill.

We recommend a fill every 2-3 weeks to maintain even coverage and natural appearance. Timing may vary slightly by lash growth cycle, lifestyle, and aftercare. Your technician will advise a personalized schedule to keep extensions looking full and intact.

A classic fill usually takes between 30 and 45 minutes depending on the number of lashes to replace and the condition of your natural lashes. Allow extra time for consultation if it’s your first visit or if modifications are requested.

A fill replaces lost or grown-out extensions to refresh the existing classic look, while a full set applies extensions to clean natural lashes from scratch. Fills are quicker, less expensive, and ideal for ongoing maintenance between full sets.

We advise avoiding water-based and waterproof mascaras immediately after application to preserve adhesive bonds. If needed, use only a lash-extension-safe, water-based mascara, applying sparingly at the tips to avoid weakening the adhesive and shortening retention.

Avoid steam, saunas, and hot showers for 24-48 hours, and skip rubbing or sleeping face-down. Clean lashes gently with oil-free cleansers and brush daily with a clean wand to keep extensions aligned and increase longevity.

When applied and removed by certified technicians using appropriate adhesive and mapping, fills are safe. Proper spacing, correct weight selection, and routine breaks when advised minimize strain and support long-term lash health.
