Consultation and assessment process
A LASER CONSULTATION IS REQUIRED PRIOR TO BOOKING. At consultation we inspect the tattoo’s pigment types, depth, age and any scar tissue from prior work. Every tattoo responds differently; the consult lets us explain the removal steps, document the area, and give a realistic estimate of how many sessions may be needed.
Tattoos may be square, round, narrow, oblong or irregular in shape; pricing is based on the overall measured treatment area. This service targets tattoos that fit within a 2x2" treatment field. No numbing is utilized for XS areas. If the measured area exceeds 2x2" we will measure and charge according to the applicable size.

Each XS-area treatment is priced at $120 and lasts approximately 30 minutes. Because no numbing is used for XS areas, sessions are scheduled and paced to keep visits brief. The consultation explains sensation expectations and helps decide timing between sessions based on your tattoo’s characteristics.
Aftercare and expected timeline
Removal timelines vary by pigment, depth, age of the tattoo and any scar tissue; we cannot guarantee results. During the consultation we outline a likely series and cadence of treatments. For clients committed to progressive removal, packages of nine treatments are available for purchase under the SHOP tab, PACKAGES, to help plan and save on a full removal journey.
Skin & Brows Redefined serves Columbia clients who often combine appointments with commutes along North Beltline or I-77. Evening and weekend appointments suit busy families and professionals. Because the region has a humid subtropical climate with strong sun seasons, protecting treated skin from sun exposure between sessions is an important part of aftercare discussed at consultation.
