How microchanneling works
Procell® Microchanneling creates uniform microchannels in the skin to stimulate natural collagen production and improve topical absorption. A controlled array of micro-injuries signals the skin to begin repair while allowing specialized growth factor serums to penetrate more deeply, supporting texture refinement and an overall healthier skin appearance without introducing foreign implants or fillers.
Results depend on baseline skin quality, the chosen growth factor serums, and consistent care. Sensitive or reactive skin types can be treated, but the intensity and serum selection are tailored during a readiness consultation. For meaningful correction of texture or scarring, multiple sessions are commonly part of an effective plan rather than a single treatment.
During your treatment session
TREATMENT READINESS CONSULTATION REQUIRED PRIOR TO BOOKING. On treatment day a trained clinician cleanses the skin, uses the Procell device to create microchannels, and applies specialized growth factor serums. Your session includes a hydrating sheet mask and cooling ice globes for a soothing recovery-focused finish. The clinical portion is delivered with attention to comfort and safety.

Appointments run reliably with a 60 minute duration; staff customize pressure and serum choices for sensitive or early-aging skin. Evening and weekend appointments are available to suit commuters coming off North Beltline or I-77 in suburban Columbia.
Preparing and aftercare
Expect temporary redness and heightened sun sensitivity after treatment; cooler months (Jan, Feb, Oct, Nov) are busiest because they reduce sun exposure while skin regenerates. Plan on using diligent sun protection and following clinician-provided aftercare to support recovery.
