Yes. Recent chemical peels, lasers, retinoids, or active acne can influence technique choice and timing. Be honest about treatments; the artist may recommend waiting periods or alternative approaches to ensure safe, optimal pigment retention and healing.

Certain conditions like uncontrolled diabetes, active skin infections, keloid tendencies, or recent cosmetic procedures can contraindicate treatment. During consultation we'll review medical history and, if needed, refer you to a physician or recommend postponing until it's safe to proceed.

Consultations are typically free or have a small fee depending on promotions; fees may be applied toward the procedure when booked. Our artist will explain booking deposits, cancellation policies, and acceptance of payments during the consultation.
